As discussed at the September 17th BOE meeting, Southampton UFSD is examining our cell phone practices across the District and studying the impacts of cell phones in our schools. We are seeking your feedback by inviting all parents and guardians to complete the brief survey below. We ask that you please complete this form no later than Friday, October 18th at 11:59 PM.
