All 12th grade students must have proof of having been given the Meningococcal vaccine in order to attend school.
2 doses of Meningococcal vaccine with the booster dose given on or after age 16 or 1 dose of Meningococcal vaccine if your child's first dose was given on or after age 16
New York State Law requires parents/guardians to provide the school with an immunization record that shows their child received, or has an appointment to receive, this required vaccine. This must be provided before the 1st day of school. This letter may be from a healthcare provider, health department, or official record from the child's previous school.
Letters will be sent out at the end of 11th grade for those students who don't have this vaccination on their school record.
