Making Delicious Sfince

Southampton High School students in Dianna D’Amico’s Food Industry class learned to make delightful sfincia di San Giuseppe pastries filled with pistachio custard and topped with whipped cream and a cherry. The students prepared the dough using yeast and then worked together to fry and assemble each sfincia to enjoy.
