Regents Exams and Final Schedule

Hello Everyone, 

On this Wednesday, June 11th, 2025, we are administering the Geometry Regents exam and Earth Science Practical exam. The Geometry exam starts at 8 AM and ends at 11 AM, unless your son or daughter have extended time on exams. Your son or daughter can take their regularly scheduled bus in the morning to come to school and we will have a bus leaving the school at 11:30 and again at 2:30.  The Earth Science Practical is also the same day and your son or daughter has been given an appointment time to come to school if they are in Earth Science. Your son or daughter's teacher has given them this information. There will be no regularly scheduled classes on this day, on June 11th. Please only send your son or daughter into school if they are attending an exam or assisting at the Visitor's Day in the afternoon or have a regents review class in the afternoon. Please make sure your son or daughter brings a pen, pencil, a graphing calculator for science and math exams, a bottle of water and a snack to his or her tests. We will have the cafeteria open for any students who need to go get a snack in between exams they are taking at school or if they need something to eat beforehand. If you need your child to take a bus to school for a test at 12 PM, please call the bus garage at 631-591-4541 to arrange a midday pick up for your child to come to school for a test at 12.

Please remind your son or daughter that they have worked very hard this year to prepare for their end of year assessments and we know that they are going to do well. Encourage them to get a good night's rest the night before and have a healthy breakfast the day of the exam.
