Southampton Students Create Holiday Desserts

Students in Mrs. D’Amico’s family and consumer sciences classes at Southampton High School are making desserts that make holidays and celebrations special. This week, they learned to make strufolli, fried crispy and sweet honey balls that are traditionally made during Easter and Christmas in Naples, Italy.
