Southampton High School students recently took part in a meaningful kindness project to support the local food pantry Heart of the Hamptons. As part of the project, students worked together to purchase items, sort donations and prepare “kindness bags” for families in need. In total, more than 40 kindness bags were hand delivered to Heart of the Hamptons, providing essential items and spreading hope during the holiday season. The initiative highlights the Life Skills program’s focus on developing real-world skills while fostering empathy and civic engagement. The district is proud of the students’ efforts to make a meaningful difference for local families, especially during the holidays.
