Dear Graduating Class of 2026,
On behalf of the entire Southampton community, we extend our heartfelt congratulations on your upcoming graduation! As you prepare for this exciting next chapter, we want to ensure a smooth transition regarding your school-issued technology.
Student Device Turn-In
All graduating seniors are required to return their school-issued chromebooks (including chargers and any accessories) by June 16th , a station will be outside of ELA and SS Classes.
The last day of classes is June 16th, 2025. You may begin to turn in devices and accessories any time before that to the ELC from 7:30-3:00PM.
Before returning your device, please:
Back up all data: Transfer any documents, photos, or other files you want to keep to your personal storage. Google Takeout is a helpful tool for this attached here. School accounts will be deactivated/deleted after graduation, and data stored on the device will be erased.
Remove stickers- a cleaning fee of $10 will be charged.
Damaged- If you have a cracked or damaged device a 20$ fee will be charged (cost of Insurance)
Lost Devices Intentional Damage (Not covered by Insurance)
Students who have lost their devices or have damage beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed a replacement fee. Please see below for charges.
Outstanding Fees
To ensure a smooth graduation process, please settle any outstanding balances associated with your student device by June 21st. You can check your account balance on PowerSchool and make payments at the HS AP’s office.
Replacement fee:
Chromebook: Charger $19.00, stylus - $31.00, chromebook - $379.00.
IPAD - cord, $19.00, cube $19.00. Smart Keyboard $159.00, case- 29.00, Ipad $379.00
